-Great working environment -Knowledgeable employees always willing to help especially a young professional -Truly listen to what the student desires to learn and if they continue to work with Turner will put them in a position suited to their learning goals -They will push you to learn more and test your limits but never so much that you feel overwhelmed

I wasn't hired by Turner sooner!

Turner has great pay and very good benefits. It is a Company that takes care of their employees. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

Cons

You will work long hours. There is a lot of mandatory training which is not all bad but does take a lot of time.
