      Great company with many opportunities

      Pros

      There is almost and endless amount of training if you want to take advantage of it. There’s opportunities to move around and experience new roles. The benefits are great.

      Cons

      Unless you are on a PM or Supt steer track, it feels like some roles are stagnant and don’t get enough focus to help develop your career progression. The career path for some roles seems confusing or not a focus for the company to develop.

      Turner pays well and also has extremely good medical benefits.

      Poor management and poor management decisions has led many tenured people to move on and too poor job deals that the operations team have to manage.
