Pros

When assignments open up causes more ability to earn more.

Cons

They put you on w2 so not good if you are getting unemployment or want to be an independent contractor. Also mustdo extra prep work. With buddysystem now because of higher pay and easier submit process for pay.

Pros

Tutor Dr. seeks to match students and tutors based off teaching styles, personality, and other various components. Building up a roster of students you match with can take a few weeks, but once you have one, most students will continue with tutoring for at least a year. Managers are willing to work with you if you feel you are not being paid enough for specific student/reason.

Cons

Depending on your location v. the students, there can be a lot of driving involved. They only pay once a month; it would have been more convenient for me personally to have bi-weekly pay.

Pros

I work at my own pace and it is very nice part time job to do

Cons

it sucks when you dont have a car to travel the long distance and taking TTC makes it more waste of time. You actually invest more time commuting than the actual work
