Ok place to work if you're young single white male.

Pros

There's plenty to learn and do. Decent benefits and good workspace. Good office location to avoid some of the worst traffic in the Dallas area. Good springboard for being a superstar at your next job.

Cons

There's plenty of opportunity for travel and overtime hours. However, rewards come from who likes you not necessarily from good performance. Which can also be good if you don't like changing jobs and just want to hang on to something until you retire. The worst thing is, if you have any issues involving discrimination or harassment, there is no one to go to. The compliance training says to go to the level of management you feel comfortable with, but if you do HR cautions you that upper management is far too busy to be bothered with personnel issues and you should discuss with your manager (who, by the way, is the PROBLEM). And HR (the management puppets) will tell you right out they don't believe that what you're saying could really be happening. They won't even check it out.

DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU ARE A MINORITY! You wont get very far.

Pros

The company has great benefits and office luxuries. There are opportunities to grow, but that does not seem to be the case of the minorities.

Cons

There are so many inconsistencies with the policies that are supposed to be upheld. I believed that the company places too much emphasis on acquiring contracts, and not enough time perfecting the product. That is be number one. Things are not communicated well to the people that are at the bottom of the ladder. And those are the people that are working with the users directly. It just seemed so disorganized. The biggest issue is the "clicky" nature of the company. It is not what you know, it is who you know. Don't expect to be promoted unless you are best friends with some of the directors.

Pros

Great Stepping Stone for your next career as you as faced with constant pressure perform and in the process learn valuable skills that will help you stand out in your next career.

Cons

Be prepared to get hundreds of emails everyday. Vacation was never a vacation due to constant emails and if you didn't keep up, you will easily spend an additional day working just to make up for this. Quota is all management cares about. Travel is highly highly highly intensive. Be prepared to miss out on family gatherings, birthdays and just having a life in general. Training for some products are offered with high detail while some are very vague and you are often left to struggle when implementing the program. Pay is very low as well for the amount of after hours, nights and weekends spent to meet all deadlines and client deadlines.
