      The people are very nice, and mostly very supportive. I don't think the company tries to do anything shady.

      Cons

      no career path, opportunity for advancement. doesn't value PM, no authority given to PMs. Poor compensation.

      Pros

      They give you benefits after three months even if you are just on a contract job.

      Cons

      Position seemed to be redundant and did not employ the use of computers to make the job easier and more streamlined.

      overall good place to work . decent management with open door policy . good work environment . competitive salaries .

      Cons

      in my opinion it is not a place you would like to stay for a very long time if you are looking for career growth.
