Great opportunities for personal career growth! Company growth continues to climb regardless of economic downfalls. Work / Life balance is more than fair and generous paid time off / sick leave. We empower the public sector.

Cons

Expertise pay scale often graded on service length in current position rather than product knowledge, quality of work, dedication to company succes through more proficient work, etc.

Pros

Onsite cafeteria, onsite gym, professional work environment, fair management, good communication from CEO(s), decent pay, many departments and opportunities for advancement.

Cons

I have been here for about 1 year. The one thing I can say is that I have not seen a review, but I feel that I cannot complain because I believe that I make a fair wage and I enjoy working here.

Cons

Field can feel like an island sometimes. Not always easy to get get everyone rowing in the same direction at the same time.
