Pros
A steady paycheck and decent wage.
Cons
The culture is toxic. Instead of fostering growth and collaboration, the management team seemed more interested in instilling fear and asserting dominance. Managers, who should have been leaders, were nothing more than bullies wielding their power with impunity. At the hands of these individuals, employees were subjected to constant belittlement, micromanagement, and unfair treatment. Constructive criticism was replaced with harsh reprimands, and any attempts to voice concerns were swiftly shut down. It was a suffocating environment where creativity and innovation were stifled by a culture of fear. To anyone considering employment at Tyler, I urge you to proceed with caution. Unless significant changes are made to address the toxic culture that pervades the organization, it is unlikely to provide anything other than misery and despair for those unlucky enough to find themselves trapped within its grasp.
