Pros

Really depends on your manager but mine was AMAZING until she and hundreds of others were severed in the recent company restructure. I like my new manager as well but the reorg. has stripped away the growth opportunity that I came here for. Healthcare premium was better than my last company but no pension like my last company. My compensation was 30% higher than my last job that had way more responsibility for the same role. Work life balance was the best ever (but again, that depends on your manager. Most are great, some are not).

Cons

PTO is subpar for the industry, only 3 weeks until you reach Grade 14 which is like middle management. No growth opportunity after the recent reorganization.

Pros

It's a paycheck. They compensate well.

Cons

Possibly the most rigid environment you could imagine. The processes and culture are backwards and there is no encouragement of collaboration or employee empowerment; it's very much a company of "do what your manager tells you and don't ask why." People have suddenly quit without notice; there is a culture of blame within the organization, and there's a sense of despair among the employees. Generally a brutal, unhappy corporate environment that struggles to keep talent.

Pros

I guess theres a lot of holidays They didnt make employees return for 5 days RTO, just 3. I dont think this is a pro but i guess?

Cons

Doesnt even pay for coffee anymore Everythings offshore Forced to sit in loud "hubs" with no amenities while you wrangle Indian contractors on zoom calls. Raises are a joke while they let inflation destroy your salary. Forced RTO just to sit by yourself and have zoom calls with the people you actually work with.
