Pros

-They pay slightly better than similar jobs in the industry would pay at other companies.

Cons

-Wage theft/slavery: They boast high net profits quarterly, but continue to refuse to pay employees a living wage. Upper management consistently talks about it being a personal financial issue when the subject is brought up and refuses to acknowledge that the pay needed to keep up with cost of living and inflation is significantly higher than they're willing to pay. All while the CEO makes millions in his base pay and bonuses. -NO work life balance: this position specifically has mandatory over-time monthly and the time required for being at work, getting to work, and preparing for work plus the overtime means very little time for anything outside of work, commuting, and sleep. There is little negotiation around how to make a better balance as they have forced a return to in-office at least 3 days a week for most roles. -Constant layoffs -High turnover in roles without doing anything to address why people do not want to stay in the roles -Limited PTO -Unreasonable amount of blackout dates around holidays and weekends -Micro management

Pros

None. Run don't walk away from here.

Cons

This place is an absolute joke and dumpster fire combined. There is no real leadership. There is no training and development. It's all learn as you go and learn by mistakes through a case review and rework process. All while management cracks a whip for production. Many people work over 40 hours to hit unrealistic production goals. There is no work life balance. There is no empathy from senior leaders. Now to top it all off, RTO is being strictly enforced off badge swipes. This place is toxic and it's not worth it. Run away as fast as you can.

Pros

• Lots of collaborative opportunities • Good pay and bonuses • Smart people to work with

Cons

• will spread you thinner and thinner until you no longer like your job • executive management in customer experience research doesn’t get UX • harsh micro-management that forces you to standardize every thing you do and never work outside the box they create for you • upper management that focused on in-office work despite it not being important • lack of prioritization of projects or work, researchers are forced to work in models that don’t make sense to them • management plays favorites • no ability to level up as an IC. It’s almost impossible to get promoted there • don’t let you use ANY of your work in your portfolio • you have to jump through many hoops to do your job • some employees can be down-right hostile and territorial • lack of tools and funding to support your job. Almost impossible paths to get any new tools approved • product-led everything, all research is reactive
