Probably the worst health benefits in the banking industry. All plans have a deductible so if you ever need to see a doctor for more than the annual check up be ready to spend a lot of money. Upper management has this idea that all the salaried employees do not have a personal life so they can work long hours and don't need a day off. The same idea does not apply to them though, as they don't really provide too much support. The cheapest company to work for. Expect to buy your own pens and post it notes as the bank does not supply those. They prefer hiring from outside rather than promoting from within as they believe that the grass is greener on the other side.
