      Great people, great location, lowsy executive management!

      Pros

      Salaries were competitive in the Information Technology, and IT Senior Management was competent (with a few exceptions). Family-friendly and good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Very hard to push new technology initiatives, because Executive Management was not willing to take risks and spend money on technology.

      Pros

      Top Richard Davis - is excellent. He has a vision and is working hard for it to become a reality.

      Cons

      Credit is not given where it is due. Management cannot be trusted. There is no recognition. For the last 5 years we have not received increases more than 2%. Favoritism is prevalent - if you are not in the that circle, you will not be promoted or go anywhere without explanation. Stress is extremely high and the rewards are very low. Management has no integrity. The mission statement should be "We want our employees to do more, more and more." Purse strings are so tight we work in a filthy environment with very few necessary system and computer upgrades.

      i do not have much to say good or bad about this company, i am still very new to my job.

      The bad things about this job sometimes are the people that you work with and the schedule you must work
