      Good benefit package Ok pay Some really great people and teams to work with Some flexibility for work-life depending on your department

      Cons

      Claims to be ethical company but seen many unethical actions by leaders at multiple levels Bonuses and merit pools can be underfunded from year to year Limited growth potential - hard to get promotions Return to office mandated as a blanket directive with no consideration to how individual teams are utilized.

      Working remotely is nice but thats about it

      Cons

      Too many manager fluffers within the company that will get them off the phones, despite poor performance or knowing what theyre are actually doing. Also the overall culture is "idgaf" when it comes to actually resolving customer issues... "I care too much, when the company doesnt care then I dont care either. Also dont get me started on moving up, down or laterally within the company because they make it impossible and theres too many thing to name about what I dislike about this company.
