Great team to work with. Flexible work hours.

Cons

Not enought incentives for improved employee performance. Need better training programs. Need to have training for employees who want to learn different job functions, even if it's not appart of their job description.

Great work-life balance afforded. Very interesting work and International travel opportunities (if you make it known that you are competent and focused).

Cubicles are a modern form of torture!
