Great pay, great coworkers and always had the tools you needed.

Cons

The way management conducts themselves towards the boots on the ground is just astonishing. Apparently, the company would work itself if there wasn’t a professional on the jobs to do the work.

No life away from work

Pay. They pay well but you earn every penny every day

Cons

The structure, No one cares what you sacrifice for the company with time away from your family. Also there is NO support structure within management. Everyone runs around crazy and there is little support
