Culture of people who love what they do, sustainable growth, good communication, excellent executive leadership who care about people, company has thrived during the worst part of the economy. Great benefits and pay compared to industry.

Cons

Could be quicker to adopt changes - construction industry is sometimes slow to adapt. Also, some silo effect between regions.
