      401 k is 1-2% better than most companies.

      Cons

      Lost big funding from Fannie/Freddie. Office is DISGUSTING. Toxic culture. Too many H1B staff. Must work nights and weekends with no pay or comp time. Managers dont treat employees with respect. Turnover is high. company is cheap. Senior management is clueless to how people are being treated.
