Pros

The pay is great if you want no free time and work every Saturday.

Cons

Its a Dictatorship and will keep commisions owed when you leave and call them bonuses to not pay you.

Pros

Easy interview, work truck with gas card, and most weekends off.

Cons

Manager in Nashville is extremely unprofessional and harasses/bullies workers. CEOs do not care about employees and are extremely political.

Pros

The immediate personnel you deal with on a daily basis - the working stiffs like technicians, office staff, etc. are all great people and fun to work with. Especially after everyone realizes what the culture and environment is like and band together as a support group for one another.

Cons

Terrible Management - bullying and open degredation; swearing, insults, no support in the field, no regard for personal life. Poor Pay Scale - paid on a draw with exceptionally high goal to qualify for a poor production percentages. Routes are FAR too large and undervalued for efficient management and production. Work-Life balance is nonexistent. The CEO/Owner is operating the company after Daddy handed it to her and has ZERO experience in the field. Her husband and herself seem to be too busy pursuing lives in Local Politics than taking care of employees and the company and it's proven so when $100ks of the budget is dedicated to billboards and TV commercials but getting repaired or new equipment is like pulling teeth. If/When you part ways this company, don't expect to receive your last paycheck - they find ways to withhold it from everyone (confirmed with 7 different colleagues).
