Pros

The pay is great if you want no free time and work every Saturday.

Cons

Its a Dictatorship and will keep commisions owed when you leave and call them bonuses to not pay you.

Easy interview, work truck with gas card, and most weekends off.

Cons

Manager in Nashville is extremely unprofessional and harasses/bullies workers. CEOs do not care about employees and are extremely political.

Pros

Owner is absolutely awful and disrespectful to everyone he comes in contact with. Would not recommend anyone work here. If there was an H.R. department I'm 100% positive they would have asked him to step away. Company prides themselves on being a bridge company and no one typically works there longer than 2 years
