Company truck, Work phone, Lots of pesticides at your disposal, Equipment is given to you

Cons

Equipment is in bad shape, Overloaded with services, Have to work a Saturday (usually more than one to get finished) You have to do your own schedule Customers are very demanding, If customer cancels it’s counted against you, Office gives out your work for free A LOT! Production based pay and low services Lots of company trucks with expired licenses from years ago.
