Pros

Not many pros to the This Job other then benefits

Cons

Where do I begin !! Lack of respect from management , inflexible work schedule, you get write ups for taking time off such as your vacation time which they don't like to honor , upper management is totally clueless as to what is going on in their own company.

Pros

-You are often left alone to work at your own pace, without micromanagement. -Quite easy to pick up and learn quickly -Driving a forklift and order picker is fun to most people -Very nice benefits and vacation time.

Cons

-Shockingly low pay for forklift operators (13$ an hour starting is low compared to most others) -A lot of physical labor on top of operating equipment -Incredibly hot in the warehouse during the summer.

Drama Drama Drama

Pros

The company itself is great. Good benefits, work-life balance and community involvement.

Cons

The legal department is full of endless drama. Attorney consistently fail to come in to work, despite paralegals expected to come in every day. Paralegal leads and attorneys provide zero training and zero resources. Attorney's gossip to their paralegals about the other attorney's which is extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Leadership is unkind and useless. Within two years the legal department had four people quit on the spot, no two-week notice. Multiple people have gone to HR with complaints about the lack of structure and respect within the department. You will be set up for failure and blamed for it. Nothing is consistent within the department, some people get flexibility that others don't with zero explanation.
