Pros

The benefits were okay. Traveling and doing different warehouse projects across the country was nice.

Cons

Very click-y management that keeps you in the dark until the last minute. Definitely not transparent. Family run large company.

Pros

I've worked for US AutoForce for many years now. This is by far the best company I've worked for. The management really cares for their employees and there are many opportunities to grow within. The hours are flexible, the atmosphere is fun and the people are great.

Cons

The operating system is old but there is a plan to upgrade soon.

Thanks for the excellent review! We’re glad you’re a part of our team, and hopefully for years to come. Our engaging workplace culture is driven by our team members, and we think that’s something special. We also want to support our team members in their quest to being their best selves, and that can’t be achieved without striking a healthy work-life balance! That said, there is always room for improvement; we appreciate your note about more hands-on training. It’s important team members have ample time to become acclimated with the environment and the tasks of the job. Thanks for all you do for the company – keep up the good work!

Pros

Non-complicated work - it's a warehouse job consisting of pulling parts, loading and unloading tires, and driving stand-up forklifts around without hurting yourself or others

Cons

They tell you that you'll have to work "some" overtime, but they DON'T tell you that means you'll be working 12-16 hour shifts daily if you're on the second shift -- and even get calls from your manager asking if you can come in on your requested vacation day off.
