      Pros

      the only benefit of this job is that it's a job and they have solid benefits.

      Cons

      Too many cons to list. Management isn't good. Not enough break time for drivers to rest. No protection for drivers (non union). Not enough pay for the work. Too many demands on drivers, not enough accountability for management.

      Kept in the dark, not all members of management are entirely honest about your career trajectory or your current performance.

      It was great, but culture is changing

      Pros

      Family own, fair pay, good benefits. Great product availability.

      Cons

      Leadership change has caused the culture to shift from family own company to more corporate. US Autoforce is starting to lose the personal touch with its customers due to new implementation of sales process.
