Pros

Great benefits Mostly good people to work with Smart and Forward Thinking Upper Management Excellent facilities Decent hours and compensation Character and credibility are held quite high in regards to their customer service Great drivers

Cons

Incredibly difficult people to work with will cause the good people to be completely overshadowed. Lower management has no gumption to approach the uppers with forward thinking problem resolution/forecasting. Lower staff members will stay lower staff 99% of the time, unless you are friends with upper management. Lack of communication within the company makes it seem like one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Consistency in support from direct management is lacking. Office Space-esque in treating documentation and retraining (in other words they beat a dead horse constantly for problems that had been resolved well before they came to the manager's eyes).

Pros

auto shift trucks are great. most trucks are new. will hire new drivers.

Cons

pay is low for drivers. they dont pay layover and detention pay when they should. organized mon-friday 8am to 4pm. very unorganized at night and on weekends. very hard for drivers to contact their managers on weekends.

Pros

Well to tell the truth I do like the auto sift transmission Trucks. I like being on this dedicated acct i'm on because i'm home every day and off weekends.

Cons

As far as, downsides I would say, My dispatcher tells me that us as drivers don't get vacation we only get longivity pay! I kinda want to say what's up with that. He gets vacation pay!! We've not had a pay increase in three years. I've also been told that when we reach our 5 yrs in with the company we get another week vacation with no pay. common that's not nice!!
