      Pros

      Can be a friendly, relaxing, team-oriented environment. Seems to have strong enough financials to make it year over year. Your time off can be very beneficial to get things done. The work can be repetitive and predictable.

      Cons

      You most likely will not get a raise, ever. The hours and days are split to make some tough schedules. Your off days feel granted to you but not guaranteed. Managers do not like covering for supervisors, ever. If you're in Texas, on a dedicated account, assume the terminal manager has bias as you make plans for your life.

      Predictable schedule and excellent customer account supporting Target stores. Excellent equipment, never a crappy trailer

      Cons

      CEO ran the company into the ground, helping himself to raises and additional stock each year while losing revenue. SWIFT cut huge swaths of administrative bloat Were losing the contract volume to two other competitors.. resulted in long stagnant periods. Micromanage DOT clock from an account manager that "worked" from home Obsessive safety department. If the computer alerted for any reason, immediately placed on a PIP.
