Flexible schedule (easy to get shifts covered), social work environment, creative coworkers, discount on classes

Cons

It would be nice to have more regular communication between the people on the ground (staff, teachers, performers and students) and the higher-ups

Cons

Unprofessional, toxic, misogynistic workplace. CEO Mike McAvoy and upper management are narcissists. AD is a disrespectful megalomaniac. DEI is non-existent. CEO fired people because he simply didn't like them. No job security. New owners value profit and power over people.
