Getting to be around wonderful, like minded-creative co-workers and free access to shows!

Cons

Absolutely awful management and decisions made by the founders and those entrusted with running the business side of the operation. They also have a long way to go when it comes to diversity and inclusion when it comes to who receives performance opportunities.
