fair pay, excellent curriculum, good management support for problems, great space for classrooms

Cons

hours are limited, students are sometimes problematic, which is a con of all teaching positions

Pros

Great people. Great office. the hub of the most vibrant comedy community in the country. great work schedule allows for auditions, writing schedules and other side work and creative endeavors. the people are really cool. Especially if you're a comedy nerd.

Cons

it's working at a theater. It pays accordingly.
