Pros

- Most of the people who legit work at the theater and training center were the heart and soul of the enterprise - Most of the people you worked with are exceptional, great folk - A lot of fun, a lot of comedy - "Free" classes. Employees could skip the lottery to get into classes which was worth more than the actual pay for some of us, and well, sell below regarding the pay...

Cons

- The absolute worst management at the upper levels and their incompetence trickled down further than most would like to admit - Social clout is valued more highly than anything else and this is felt in the workforce - Terrible hours, terrible communication, terrible pay - A veil of secrecy that protected the absolute worst people - A culture of silence that was absolutely unnecessary - Most of the staff were required to perform the duties of multiple positions while getting underpaid for even one position - Unceremoniously laid off long time employees, treated long time employees poorly, and oh yeah, laid off 99% of the staff - Darryl
