A lie. Smoke show.

Pros

Looks like a large, reputable company. You'll get clout for associating with such an established non-profit.

Cons

HR, Training, and New Hire Onboarding is the worst I've seen in my many years as a professional. It's really dreadful. Patients died because of poor practices. They are not interested whatsoever about your experience with the organization. I onboarded dozens of staff and watched dozens more be retaliated against and gas lit. It's sad.

Pros

Lot of free time.Good for people who don’t like to work or want to retire.

Cons

Really very poor leadership which trickles down to poor management. Lot of Nepotism and unprofessional behavior. No emphasis on technology, just MBA mumbo jumbo. My manager is totally inept for her role, no aptitude whatsoever for technology or logical thinking.

Pros

Pension after 5 years of service.

Cons

Everything else. Low pay, lots of work, impossible to move up, high stress, lots of favoritism, staff call out all the time, HR dept is horrible! People are in director roles who have no clue what they’re doing.
