Pros

I have worked with Gareth in North Carolina twice and he is the best. Most places send over a dozen candidates and hope they pick one of their candidates. That's not UDig. They made me feel like a rockstar, I was the only candidate that they submitted for these positions and they really fought for me. He had been through the process a bunch of times so he was able to walk me through it, from initial phone screening to my first day at the new place.

Cons

Wish I would have heard about UDig earlier. Also, I wish they had more jobs but there's a good reason why. They have awesome jobs and great relationships in the industry. Can't get everything and I'm more than okay with that trade off.

Pros

They care about their employees and want them to be happy in their work. I was placed in a position doing exactly what I love to do. They know the ins and outs of their clients and can understand issues their consultants come up against. They listen, never brush their employees off, and are always ready to help. They pay for my downtown parking and contribute to my 401k.

Cons

The usual complaint of contractors...no paid time off.

Pros

Udig helped me find not only a job but a career/position I enjoy. The communication between myself and Udig during my contract period was remarkable. I enjoyed working with Jeff Bonniwell and would refer Udig to anyone looking for help in an IT career path.

Cons

Strongly agree with the need for some paid time off as some contracts are longer than expected.
