      Pros

      I was looking for a job after a project finished. This company got me a job in 20 days. UDig is an amazing company and very professional. I would greatly recommend UDig to anyone who is looking for a new job.

      Cons

      I took an online test to proof my programming knowledge before face-to-face interview, I knew many questions, but I could not answer everything because I needed more time. However, it was a good test and fun!

      Decision to change employers was made easier with help from the UDig staff

      Pros

      I was looking for a new opportunity where I could advance and grow but I was reluctant to leave state employment. My wife also had concerns about me leaving public service to go back into a corporate environment. My recruiter Jeff Bonniwell worked with the account managers there at UDig and setup a conference call with my wife and I to discuss our concerns. Listened and answered all of our questions and this occurred the day before Thanksgiving. That conversation was greatly appreciated and I am happy to report I have been happy in my new position.

      Cons

      None that I can recall. I heard people say that there was poor communication between them and the office. But I have not seen that. In fact Jeff Bonniwell and the account managers check in with me to make sure i am still happy with my position.

      Pros

      I now have a job doing exactly what I wanted to be doing in the type of work environment that I wanted thanks to the help of Rob Brinkley. Tanya Cornwell has been very helpful and responsive in any HR type issues such as payroll and insurance. The pay rate is very good and they pay a portion of your health insurance.

      Cons

      No vacation, sick days or Holidays.
