      I have been extremely impressed with the service and support that I've received from Gus Pastore a Technical Recruiter for UDig. Gus contacted me regarding a business analyst position. Gus has consistently stayed in touch with me through every step of the process. Although, I'm still going through the interviewing phase, I can say with 100% assurance that I would recommend UDig to anyone seeking employment and looking for a professional caring company to represent them.

      At this point in time, I have not experienced any cons with the service that I've received from UDig.

      I currently work for UDig as a contractor for Northrop Grumman they found me the best IT job in Richmond that fits my exact qualifications I could not be happier. The location is great, the salary and benefits are excellent. The consultants at UDig treat you like family and even when jobs were not available my recruiter at UDig always kept in touch to see how were things going and reassured me they were doing there best to finding me a job... and the did! I have recommended people to check out UDig and will in the future...Thanks UDig what a great company to work for.

      I have no cons. UDig works in a very professional manner with a family oriented atmosphere where you never feel uncomfortable to ask right or wrong questions and they will give you a truthful and direct answer no matter the issue. Thanks again UDig...

      Pros

      Friendly and Timely Communication No pressure in making a decision I was called for an interview days after submission and hired within 2 weeks of my interviews.

      Cons

      I have nothing bad to say about UDig. The only thing that could improve would be the addition of paid annual and holiday leave.
