The CEO , Randy is super nice person.

Cons

On my 30 years experience as a premium auditor I was supervised by a premium auditor, a loss control person and somebody from the underwriting dept., but never, never a supervisor from the rating dept. I last 4 months.!!! This company doesn't have any respect for premium auditors.

A lot of old school people here that do not like change. I feel this hurts the younger generation and pushes them out.
