      Great benefits, but it's Corporate America.

      Pros

      A lot of backwards policies, but if you just accept that this is how things are it's a good job with great benefits and no layoffs.

      Cons

      Cons would have to be the dress code, not being able to access anyones chain of command, and doing things for policy sake when it could save 20 steps to go to the root of the problem.

      Pros

      Best IT support of any Company Dedicated HR department. Great to work with and wonderful people, but they are not empowered to make enough decisions

      Cons

      Over Use of tele-conferences Uncharacteristically poor training Under-priced their contract to get a big bid which meant they had to cut the workforce to lower costs
