They are very age discremenant and don't like to see people excel quicker than some of they're favorites that may have worked there longer. Management outside of the direct supervisors do not really show any compassion or appreciation for the workers, they pretty much just see you as a number.

The color brown is serious. Boring, bland, no life, nothing just brown. Working at UPS SCS in overland park Kansas has been a nightmare for me. They micromanage everything. They treat their employees like children. If you have to use the restroom you have 5 minutes a day if you go over that even by 1 second you risk getting fired. You get written up for talking. If they notice something actually making employees happy they take it away. There is no balance with home life you pretty much have to be at UPS no questions asked even if you experience a tragic incident they don't care. You're simply a number here they do not make the environment peaceful. The management isn't at all knowledgeable. There isn't room for advancement.
