Pros

Great promotion and training opportunities. Good comraderie and spirit. It is a good option if you want to start working after high school instead of going to college. Great education benefits that pays for college.

Cons

Long hours and possibility of frequent deployments. May have to work grave yard shifts. Will be given multiple responsibilities and duties beyond the scope of the job.

Pros

Excellent work experience. Decided to go Warrant Officer and have never looked back. Fabulous opportunites to travel and live abroad. Overall, a great place to learn and grow.

Cons

Disorganization. Working for the government is exhausting after 20 years. Looking forward to working for myself and controlling my destiny.
