Pros

Flexible hours, travel (depending upon position), short term assignments (allows for change if desired), good people to work with (for the most part).

Cons

Pay rates are lower than private sector for same type of positions; no set schedule and short term assignments, so unsure of how much will work for any given week; upper levels change procedures, directions at a moments notice and expect changes to be performed immediately.

Pros

Working on your own in the field is great as long as you meet the minimum productivity requirements and report regularl expenses. Don't mess up and they will treat you well.

Cons

Managers are encouraged t o be highly competitive and wil put pressure on field folks to move them to the top. Keep working like you are trying to do that and don't mess up and your work life in the field will be fine.

Pros

Work when you want, excellent pay for not needing a college education, terms are set immediately when you first sign up so no tricks

Cons

Seriously short term, no benefits or insurance of any kind, sometimes you don't receive as many hours a week as you wish
