Pros

This was very flexible for me during undergrad and as well as during covid. Was able to take care of classes, homework, and get paid well while doing it.

Cons

I guess just the office setting, it was very bland. No windows, just grey walls and a bunch of pcs.

Pros

Work/life balance is good, I enjoy working with my co workers and drama is nearly non-existent. Lots of qualified people that actually complete their work assignments on time makes for a pretty happy workplace.

Cons

Return to office is completely unnecessary and follows the trend in USA of just forcing everyone back to the awful commute, claiming that it is needed because "collaboration". As if my team hasn't spent 5 years successfully not just creating, but innovating, while fully remote using Teams. Collaboration as an excuse for RTO is a huge industry lie created to extract more money from employees, putting it into the massive coffers of the gasoline and food industry. Deeply disappointed that we weren't offered the remote positions that they were talking about offering during the pandemic.

Pros

Get out of "the office"! No isolation as you're interacting with the public. Develop great interviewing and people skills. Terrific benefits after 4 years: annual and sick leave plus retirement account with government contribution. Flex hours.

Cons

Occasional unhappy respondent, but few if you're good at the job. Top management has no interest in input from field personnel, is out of touch. Job works ONLY if you have a good supervisor. Some surveys are poorly written and too long. Pay rate can be frozen at low level, with no opportunity to move up the ladder.
