      Pros

      The pay was great. The hours were flexible - you could be part-time or full-time. Usually you can work very close to your home. My supervisor was very understanding and competent. The job itself was pretty easy.

      Cons

      More senior levels of management got kind of confused, I think. One minute things were to be done a certain way or were going to be a certain way, then all of a sudden it would change. It got kind of crazy near the end. I have no complaints personally, but I hear sometimes you can be required to work in sketchy areas (they send a partner with you, I think, if that's the case) and I'm sure after a while it gets repetitive. No benefits, and obviously temporary, so if this is an issue this would be more supplementary income.

      Nice people. OK pay for type of jobs. most people will help you out if you get behind in your assigned work.

      Cons

      More senior managers were basically dictators. There are too many last minute changes in the work priorities. Senior management was very directive.
