      went door to door to people who didn't turn in their census forms.

      Pros

      You get a chance to meet different people from a variety of backgrounds; getting to talk to them despite the limited interactions. You also get to learn how to talk to people be friendly and nice.

      Cons

      The downsides would be going to people's houses that refuse to answer you or are just plain rude to you. You just have to calm down and try to negotiate with the person despite his/her lack of manners.

      Disrespectful to employees - not interested in innovation/new ideas (even on the smallest level); just do what you are told mentality (very antiquated management style) Nepotisim - professional advancement is low unless you have connections Performance reviews - REQUIRED signature BEFORE form was completed by the manager (essentially you signed a blank form, didn't have any opportunity to discuss, saw what you were rated AFTER approved by upper management -- really crazy/possibly illegal)

      High salary - $18.25 Comes along only once in 10 years Great rapport between you and crew leaders Make your own schedule

      Cons

      Senior level officials jdidn;t know what they are doing. Lack of organization Strange employees that look like they cannot be hired for anything else.
