Pros

The management was nice. They had a job to do for a job I wasn't quite ready for. The pay was excellent with good benefits. They're always hiring for other positions for those currently employed. You learn how to move faster but smarter.

Cons

It's a fast paced environment. I would say it is for the young, the night owls, and single people unless they get plenty of family time in since it takes many years to get on the day shift. In order to be considered for other positions within the company you have to earn it. Sometimes people who do earn it still aren't considered for them.

Is a job, pays bills.

Cons

Managers are not emotional stable. Managers are acomodating their own people in positions that don't have experience. Procurement managers coming from sales. A lot of stress, work load is horrible with min tools to help. Too many chiefs!

The annual $5 Sonic birthday gift cards. 7 years ago the job was decent, however management decided a change was needed.

Cons

Too many daily operating procedures. The work day is spent having to input every step I take into Salesforce.com, and not enough time to sell the products.
