      Pros

      The job itself was great. Great pay, even with the long hours and expectations.

      Cons

      Fear of Retaliation is very prevalent. Always felt like there was no one to go to when certain members of Management picked on employees. Loyalty from Employees is expected but is not shown back to employees. Employees who take several smoke breaks throughout the day can take time away but those of us who didn't smoke were made to feel bad having to get up and run to the restroom because we were micro-managed.

      Pros

      Introducing new products which made the selling process fun. This made for a usually a quick sale that the competition did not have.

      Cons

      If you weren't part of the in crowd in sales, management wouldn't give you much help. Saw a lot of good sales reps leave because the future was and always will be in question for the warehouse of Streator.

      Good Money for Hard Work, Nasty Management

      Pros

      Good money with hourly pay. Teamster Benefits/Retirement was the best package I ever had! Good equipment, even the older trucks were maintained well. Occasionally a crumby Pallet Jack. Weekends off offered a good family life.

      Cons

      Management pushed hard, to get more from each Driver. Ironically, the two people I disliked the most both had been fired or quit, shortly after I had.
