Pros

Salary comparable to industry

Cons

Over demanding, quota driven and a stressful environment. Company care more about numbers than accuracy. Company always advertising for job positions because no one want to be treated like a machine. Huge turnover of employees.

Pros

I genuinely liked most of the people I worked with. We worked hard despite the micromanaging and disorganization.

Cons

Easily the worst experience I had in my entire 20 year career in product. Leadership was essentially marching us to our death because unbeknownst to us leadership had always planned to sell off our business unit which led to layoffs.

Pros

Very talented people to learn from High collaboration on interesting projects Strong managers

Cons

Operational efficiency has largely meant firing mid-level leaders and reducing headcount, the work distributed amongst those that remain. Dave Flitman's decisions and actions prioritize profit over employees. No room for growth or consideration of reward for top talent.
