Pros

ESOP, flexible work schedule, people I work with, they are the best! Even though the company continues to grow, it still has the feel of a family and smaller company. It hasn't lost the "personal" touch.

Cons

Switching insurance from United Healthcare to Anthem Blue Cross, hopefully this is a temporary switch. Previous experiences with Anthem have been horrible.

You will be hard pressed to find a company with more support in programs, an extremely knowledgeable underwriting department, a closing department that will drop everything to insure you do not miss a closing and a marketing team that is above par and I believe exceeds that of any including the largest lenders in the area. Time of time I get comments from Realtors on how amazing our marketing is. For an overview of it all, I would use one word.... IMPRESSIVE! Very team driven!

Cons

We are adapting to the new ways of technology with a management staff of progressive and forward thinkers. Never trying to recreate the wheel however at times we bypasses some technology that could streamline customer, realtor or B2B interactions. This con is something I have noticed in the last 30-90 days has really been improving making the branch and my personal 6-12 month business outlook and projection very exciting.
