USA Mortgage is big enough to get things done, yet small enough to care

Pros

I work here because we have the tools and tech of a big box shop, but the personal touch, culture, local lender feel and creativity of a small mom n pop shop. The ESOP also makes a world of difference.

Cons

The only downside I can really think of was that because of the small size, name recognition was an obstacle at first, but that passed quickly.

We are employee owned! I have stock options PLUS my 401k for retirement! Management ALL started at the bottom in the mortgage industry and worked their way up! They UNDERSTAND what I do and what support we need in the field! Could not be happier here!
