      Pros

      Most of the on-site staff members are nice and helpful, the company provides training and pays well. They also do a lot of non-profit work, they have the JB-Brown award which helps send people to college. Most companies would not do this. They work for seniors and families in need with organizations.

      Cons

      There are people in the regional roles that should never be a regional. They are rude, physically assault their staff however the staff are to scared to come forward, there is no confidentiality in regards to HR so any issue that is brought up will get back to other people. Upper management does not respect their employees and this company went from a family oriented company to a for profit company with no regards to family.

      Pros

      The pay and my staff is what kept me going with this company.

      Cons

      Big disconnect with corporate and onsite employees. Tippy sides with supervisors, never visits sites and doesn't talk to any onsite staff. Corporate will ALWAYS side with their supervisors. Supervisors expect you to cover other properties near or far. If you can't because you have kids and family you're labeled as "Not a team player". The favoritism is REAL here. They also don't like anyone to speak up for themselves. Went to a grand opening and while speeches were being said Jeff the CEO was sitting down taking a nap.

      Pros

      When they hire you they are so nice make you feel welcome. You believe you have the right job because of how compassionate and friendly they are.

      Cons

      Not even two months after being with this company I notice the racism they don't care if you're Mexican Asian India or black you hear the jokes of belittling different race. How they disrespect the residences and management thinks it's funny and to see regional supervisors doing the same but it's not funny that you see so many residents hurt and in pain they don't care as long as they get there rent (money). I've seen higher management put their hands on employers belittling them in front of other employees. I would not recommend this company unless there are some major changes and it has to starts with the top.
