Shocking, disappointing, appalled!

Pros

Loved the actual work itself and enjoyed working with MOST of the employees on site.

Cons

Much of the upper management (Regionals) and the corporate office (Compliance and HR) only care about the perception of themselves and will make sure that they look good no matter what they have to do. I witnessed harassing and unfair treatment, a Regional expecting employees to lie and illegal activity through the compliance department pertaining to tax credit paperwork so that the company would not lose money. This company has a cult like culture, you are either all in by being their robot or you leave because you refuse to adapt to the shady practices or they fire you themselves.

Good at first, none worth mentioning unfair to most employees, if you are looking for full time employment keep looking.

Cons

Too many to mention..............no corporate culture, bad decision making. Managers don't manage their teams. Not a professional place of employment.

Not very many...group i work with directly is great. They do offer 401k matching.

Cons

No bonuses even though corporate continues to say how well company is doing. Very corporatized so unless you are at the top of the food chain you aren't important enough to listen to. Very little hands on training given to staff. Corp often forgets to pass along perks to others. Pay is low
