      Pros

      What I love most about this company is that they do good for the community not only with the base of the business but also provide employee volunteer opportunities to improve the surrounding communities. The pay and benefits are excellent. Opportunities for advancement or lateral movement. Company has tuition reimbursement program for employees as well. Awesome company partners and CEO.

      Cons

      The company has changed from a family type feeling to corporate and politics which get in the way of employee morale.

      Pros

      Annual raises and bonuses. Decent 401k and PTO in place. Relatively flexible hours.

      Cons

      Horrible management in the accounting department.

      no pros, just segregation and a fake smile

      Cons

      Anti- LGBTQ ... Not a fair employment, backed company!!!! Not paid benefits, nor given benefit options after 4 months and counting. New employees are treated as if they don't matter and not included in team yet segregated and criticized by superiors. Horrible company!!!!

All full time employees are eligible to enroll in benefits following 60 days of employment after the 1st of the month following date of hire. We have taken steps to improve our onboarding processes for all employees and based on feedback, continue to make modifications and improvements.
