Benefits package Typically the teams you work with are good people Happy to support the military community

Cons

Management is dense and set in their own ways Nothing you do is important We are seen as expendable Terrible communication from top down Encourage “healthy challenge” then get mad when you challenge them Career development is a joke. Way behind the times for technology Management doesn’t really exemplify what it means to serve the military community. They push culture so much but it often seems like they’re the ones that don’t get it

I’ve worked here for almost 8 years and have had the privilege of working with fantastic people. Most of the people I’ve worked with have been inspired by our mission to serve our membership, and the company takes care of its employees. Typically, employees stay here at least 5-10 years — some even up to 30.

Cons

Executive management increasingly treats employees like statistics. Increasing focus on DEI objectives instead of providing best possible service for members.
