Pros

USAA respects you as an employee and your opinion matters. They take care of their customers and you feel good at the end of the day for helping them. You will work very hard each day with little time to relax but you are rewarded well with a nice match in your 401k and annual bonuses if the company does well. Great work life balance. I was never asked to take work home. The only thing they asked you to do after work was charity for great causes like the Fisher House.

Cons

The culture requires perfection so if you can't handle stress it's not the job for you. They monitor all conversations with customers and you will be coached to become better. This is actually a great aspect of the company for those who don't want to just be mediocre.
